I've been looking around, I am looking for a durable NON-slr underwater digital camera. I am open to pretty much any brand, though the ones I am eyeing are the Canon Powershot Pro, Nikon Coolpix 8800 and the Olympus 8080.
The Olympus 8080 w/underwater casing is about the best bang 4 buck, but I am quite weary of Olympus; its been my experience they are superstars as far as quality images go but pansies out in the field. I typical go where no sane person would go to take photos and I need a solid camera.
The canon powershot pro is solid but the casing is nearly more than the camera as canon doesn't make one for this brand.
the nikon sounds good, but same issues with the casing as with canon.

Hi, anyone know, Is fukuoka famous for its unagi?people in town. There used to be a section with cherry trees. At certain times of the year there were little kids wading pools about every fifty feet. Each was filled with eels that you could catch on one foot (fishing?) poles with treble hooks on the end & no bait; you just snaged them!
At that point it would be cut up & cooked on a little habatchi and served on a kabob stick or in a plate. I can still hear the squeals of the young ladies as they were hooked or cut up! I must say, I was to grossed out to try any!

You'll probably want one of the bigger sizes available, in order to have it a decent height. My 12 week old baby girl desperately wants to sleep but has a hard time falling to sleep. I think this is why she cries so much, she is overtired. I try taking her out in a stroller or carrier and this works for a little while but there are days we can't go out. Please share with me any sleep inducing techniques that work for your baby--I will try anything. I found my son fell asleep most easily in the automated swing. I put him in there for his nap every once in a while when he was just too overtired to want to sleep, but he badly needed it. in desperate need for help. i installed media_center_edition_2005_v[1].5 off of xbox-skins.net and now my xbox is stuck on the "xbox media center" boot screen and doesn't do anything. i softmodded the xbox so i can't do any of those modchip tricks. is there a way to reset the skin, a way to ftp into the xbox, anything to fix it. i thought of putting in a game, and it loads the game when i reset it with the game in the tray, but i can't ftp into the xbox when in a game... anything i can do?

» 3650 Angle Guage
I've found the first thing I don't really like about the 3650. The angel guage isn't accurate enough as built to use without setting up the saw manually with an angle guage. When I made all the adjustments during assembly I notice that to get the sight guage true at 0 and 45 degrees means the metal guage is bowed away from the frame of the saw. Obviously this means I can't trust anthing between 0 and 45.
I can adjust this myself by tooling the guage I think but before I do that I'm looking for anyone else who has this problem and what other solutions there may be.I'm not sure I would trust the angle guage on most saws anyway. I installed the software, but its still saying no device is connected.
I ran a driver scan and its saying its missing its drivers.. i was searching some websites. Jasco or whatever, they dont have the right drivers anymore, so i am at a loss, i dont know how to find the drivers, or if im doing something wrong with installing. its fully installed, theres a program for it in the Start menu, but when i try to run it it wont work, its not showing on my yahoo or msn either...saying nothing is connected. My gf has always had a temper fighting (breaking things, throwing things at me, being verbally abusive), but recently (in the last year) it crossed a line with actually hitting me, pulling a knife, spitting, hitting me with car keys (in a manner that breaks skin), threatening to kill me while I sleep, etc. I have talked with her about this when she calms down, and she is later always apologetic but never takes responsibility for her actions - always blaming it on something like birth control or hormones. I've always maintained that while digital process prints can be done very nicely, that they do look different than chemical process prints; not better or worse, just different.

hi, the wheel bearing in my magna has been on its way out 4 a while, today i heard a big cracking sound, my b/f thinks it was the wheel bearing, now, i cant afford to gt it fixed 4 a few weeks but was wondering if it was safe to drive till then? if not what will happen if i do keep driving it? i need to get around and live waaay outta town,

There really is no option here. Replacing a wheel bearing is
relatively "cheap" compared to replacing the shaft assembly
it is riding on, which there is a good chance is already damaged.

I find the best approach is to do a custom white balance before each shoot. Only takes a couple of minutes. I use the Lastolit3 collapsable white balance/18% gray screen. Very quick to make adjustments in PS then.

Probably depends on the NWS office. Are they required to do a damage survey for every confirmed tor ? If so that workload would tend to favor reports in places where it would be a nice and rare chance to go out in the field, vs offices where it would be another hard day trying to find the damage path of a short lived gustnado in the middle of nowhere.
